Payment is due in UK Pounds within 5 days of notification by cash, cheque, credit
card or bank transfer. For payments in other
currencies or by other methods please ask us first for details.

simple value for money.

£1.50 + the actual postage costs. £1.50 is
less the real cost of us. The real costs
associated with despatch average well over £2.
They comprise the time taken to pick out the lots, check them against
the invoices, pack them securely, apply an attractive ranges of stamps,
generate certificates of posting and transfer to Royal Mail plus the cost of
envelopes, etc.

Photocopies of suitable lots can be
provided at 30p per lot + postage.

No quibble refund Guarantee: We want you to be satisfied with any purchases and be a
contented customer who remains with us for many years. In the unlikely event that a lot is not
correctly described - simply tell us why and return it in its original
condition for a full refund. We get so
few items returned (less then a half percent) we can afford to give this level
of satisfaction.

Overdue accounts may be surcharged at 2% per month.
